Russia's stand at the London Book Fair 19 - 21 April 2010

Opening of the Russian booth BOOKS FROM RUSSIA at the London Book Fair April 19, 2010 Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the UK YV Fedotov

For the third time stand BOOKS FROM RUSSIA was presented at the London Book Fair, the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications, jointly with the Academia Rossica. Building on the success of the bench last year, this year, publishers have offered even more resources and opportunities to establish and expand business ties with the fastest growing book market in Russia. This is particularly important ahead of the London Book Fair 2011, which Russia will be the guest of honor.

Despite the fact that the work of the Russian booth, as well as all the London Book Fair, has been affected by the consequences of sudden volcanic activity Eyyafyatlayokudl, we are pleased to note that the stand BOOKS FROM RUSSIA was one of the busiest at the fair.
