From the Biblical "Solomon's Song of Songs", the most enchanting collection of love poems ever created, till these very days, the never drying spring of Hebrew poetry has been continuously abounding with beautiful love songs emanating from the very hearts of Hebrew lovers in all continents of the world. Citizen of Israel and the world singer composer Svetlana Sokolova will bring to you her own interpretations of some of the most moving love songs drawn out of these rich traditions, accompanied by a Berklee graduate, saxophonist Sagit Zilberman. Zilberman is internationally known for her tours and recordings with the European based, Polish Jewish music project "PGR", and also is the recipient of the Sadao Watanabe Award for outstanding musicianship.
